What Changed from 2025?
Facilities Rent: $113k → $129k
The increase of 14% was from the landlord, in addition to lower reconciliation charges.
Utilities & Maintenace: $119k → $124k
Utilities in fact rose by 16%, but the blow was much less significant as repairs were reduced by 30%.
Staff & Salaries: $132k → $124k
Overall wage costs were reduced by 6%.
Programs & Media: $66k → 73k
We've expanded our programs and media presence since last year, resulting in an 11% increase.
